Introducing Roxonic Private Limited: Pragmatic Technology Engineering from Ranchi

Roxonic Private Limited is a registered Indian technology and business company (CIN: U62090JH2025PTC025912), incorporated on 23 September 2025 and headquartered in Ranchi, Jharkhand. We’re publishing this short introduction for anyone arriving at the site for the first time through a search result rather than our homepage.

Two Branches, One Engineering Discipline

We operate across two interconnected branches. The first is client-facing engineering: custom software development, business technology (CRM engines, billing automation, operational dashboards), digital transformation, product development, technology consulting, and web & digital solutions — the six practice areas listed on our Services page.

The second is proprietary product incubation. We design, build, and operate our own vertical SaaS platforms: GymCMS for gym and fitness studio management, Minlap for local digital commerce and logistics, and PsiQ Labs for behavioral assessment technology, alongside our Formal Psychology research and education initiative.

Why Both at Once

Running products and client engineering side by side is a deliberate choice, not a diversification strategy. When you operate your own SaaS product, you carry your own pager. You feel it directly when a database query is too slow at scale, when a billing edge case slips through, when a support inbox fills up because an interface wasn’t clear enough. That feedback loop makes the client work sharper — the same engineers debugging GymCMS at 11pm are the ones designing your CRM schema the next morning.

Where We’re Based, and Why It Matters

Ranchi is not a satellite office for us; it’s the development center. We’ve written before about our regional-pride, global-standards position on the Our Story page — the short version is that high-caliber software engineering does not require a metro tech-hub address, and we intend to keep proving that from Jharkhand.

If you want the full statutory detail — registration particulars, governance structure, and our board of directors — that’s all on our Corporate Profile and Our Team pages.
