While these entities offer focused expertise, they are governed by the corporate structures and legal compliance of Roxonic Private Limited. Using any of our subsidiary platforms subjects you to these foundational Terms of Service, in addition to any specific terms provided on their respective portals.

4. Government & Enterprise Compliance

As a DPIIT-Recognized Startup India company and a registered participant on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), Roxonic adheres strictly to the regulatory compliance mandated under the Companies Act, 2013. We reserve the right to verify enterprise identities and strictly monitor transactions to maintain our eligibility for Government and Enterprise Procurement Opportunities.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Roxonic Private Limited and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Ranchi, Jharkhand, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
